18"x16" Healthline brand transport chair with swing away arm rests. Foot rests are not removable or height adjustable but can be lowered for use and folding along with the chair for ease of transport. Back rest is 15" and seat to floor height is 20". The chair has handle brakes that are pull up to lock and use red lever to unlock. Chair is able to be folded including footrests for full ease of transport. The backrest is also able to be folded down. The chair has a lap belt for safety of user. No weight capacity is listed.
